Jurassic Coast Retreat: Reset, Recharge, Reconnect

Last month, we took a group of our 360 Studio members down to the stunning Jurassic Coast for one of our favourite yearly traditions — a weekend to slow down, breathe deeper, and reconnect with ourselves and each other.

Over a few unforgettable days, we swapped barbells for sea air and screens for sunsets. Mornings started with movement and breathwork sessions overlooking the cliffs, followed by cold water dips in the ocean and wood-fired sauna sessions to help reset both body and mind. We explored coastal trails, hiked through some seriously breathtaking scenery, and even spent a morning horse riding along the hills — a first for some, and a highlight for many.

At 360, we believe in the power of downregulating — taking time to step away from the noise, recalibrate the nervous system, and create space for recovery, both physical and mental. Trips like these are part of that bigger picture. They remind us that training isn’t just what happens in the studio — it’s also in the moments of stillness, connection, and presence.
